| Seed Business Network Receives $50,000 grant
to develop VRBizTools program |

| After spending the last 11 years helping
entrepreneurs with disabilities start and develop businesses, Andy
Leaf and others associated with Seed Institute and Seed Business Network,
have come together to create a new program; Junebug Technologies was
started in January 2008 with $50,000 from the Dream Envision Foundation.
. Seed Business Network staff and associates have created a unique
online business development program specifically to help vocational
rehabilitation counselors and their consumers seeking self-employment.
We are currently focused on developing this new project and we expect
to transition Seed Business Network into Junebug Technologies this
Fall; This new program and focus will make it much easier for vocational
rehabilitation counselors to work with entrepreneurs with disabilities
and to create positive self-employment outcomes. |

| Dr. Boris Del Cid Joins the Junebug Team |

Dr. Del Cid, born and reared in Panama City, Republic
of Panamá, is a naturalized American citizen. He has a Doctor of Chiropractic
degree and is a graduate of UCLA's Anderson School of Management,
Executive Education Department, of the Leadership Institute for Managers
with Disabilities. Boris has served as vice president of the Orange
County Chiropractic Association and was a lecturer to the Health Department
of the Republic of Panamá. He was a practicing chiropractor for 16
years until he sustained a spinal cord injury in 2006.
Boris joined Junebug Technologies in January 2008 because he felt
that it was committed to delivering a tool that is desperately needed
to help people with disabilities become more self-sufficient.
